As Active grows, the owners are now seeking out additional investors. I was assigned to create the cover, inside cover, blank page, and back cover for an investment presentation. The goal was to keep things official and mature as it was a investment document but still carry through Active as the lifestyle brand it is. I chose to use a very visually strong photo taken by our staff photographer Jon Dragonette and added a bottom bar with some of our other event, product, and corporate photographs to create a subtle collage showcasing all active provides.

Here’s an almost finish flyer I designed for Active. I wanted to take inspiration from the WWII era and create the sense there was an invasion of skateboarding to represent the event. Ultimately the concept was scrapped because they were thinking of doing another event with a possible 1940′s theme later on that year. Anyway here is the flyer.

Just a little web banner for Active advertising shorts and tank tops. I went for a summer look with a bright pallet and scenic photo then added postcard inspired type I tweaked out.

Just a fun flyer for a snowboard event between Active stores. Kinda making fun of UFC posters you see on car windshields in a parking lot.

Heres a quick little flyer I did for an Active / Slave BBQ. Its half letter, black and white printed that had to be printed on each stores beat up inkjets.
